Welcome to the Proctor-office of Hamdard University Bangladesh (HUB)!

The office of the proctor is the first contact point to institute disciplinary proceedings and is directly responsible to the Vice-Chancellor of the University as well as to the disciplinary committee. Maintenance of discipline on and around campus is the prime objective of this office. The prime responsibility of the Proctor is to ensure safety for students, teachers and employees.

HUB has formulated a code of conduct for its stakeholders with articles for students, teachers, officers, and other mid and low-level employees. The Code is aimed at ensuring the safety and security of all.

Furthermore, the office of the Proctor is always ready to provide required explanation for the breach of any code of conduct whenever necessary.
