Information Resource Center and Library

The University library is situated on the ground floor in the western wing of the building covering an area of 3000 square feet. The library has a collection of over 7500 textbooks, journals, magazines, research papers and other digital resources. In addition, the Library has a subscription to the journal archive. The Library is managed by a professional Assistant Librarian and three library staff.  They perform literature searches, offer training, referral and bibliographic services. Facilities such as E-mail and Internet browsing are also available. The Library is working to developing an online book catalogue through the Internet. Currently, it has 10 workstations and is going to install more matching the increase of students in the coming semesters. It also has a newspaper corner, a silent study corner, and a general study area. Adjacent to the Library, a room is designated for group-study and discussions. The library is open from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm on all working days and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Fridays. There is an exclusive collection of books and journals for Unani and Ayurvedic programs.
