Mr. Golam Mostafa, Lecturer, Department of Mathematics, Hamdard University Bangladesh, recently secured the top position in the paper presentation segment in the 21st International Mathematics Conference 2019 on 06-08 December 2019. The conference was organized by the Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in association with Bangladesh Mathematical Society (BMS). The theme of the conference was “Mathematics: Challenges and Reality” and the aim was to encourage the mathematicians in knowledge sharing and research.
Mathematics professors from renowned Universities and Research Institutions of France, Germany, Japan, Australia, USA, KSA, Nepal, South Africa, Portugal, Philippines, Ireland, India and Bangladesh addressed the different sessions of the conference. In the conference, a total number of 160 papers and 21 posters were presented and more than 300 mathematicians of different countries participated.
The Title of Mr. Mostafa’s presentation was “Computational Study of Air Flow for a Single-Sided Ventilated Room in Bangladesh”. Mr. Mostafa was delighted and thanked his supervisor Professor Dr. Abdul Hakim Khan for his guidance.
