Key leadership considerations: Functional leadership model. An organization’s culture will determine who will lead and what leadership styles and behaviors are acceptable Responsible followers must exercise judgment and not just blindly follow a leader ‘come what may’
Schematic of moral leadership: Pre-deployment work up training turns the unfamiliar into the familiar. Values such as care compassion and respect form the basis for sound leadership.
