Aims of the club: To build a healthy and disciplined student community in HUB campus.
Club theme: Better Health Better World
Objectives:
General Objective: To build a Yogi and healthy dedicated team in the University and engage the team in healthy & positive practices e.g. awareness raising campaign, cleanliness activities, day celebrations etc.
Specific Objectives:
- To provide training to the members of the club
- To do practice Yoga and physical exercises regularly
- To prepare a voluntary healthy and fit disciplined team for managing emergencies
Goal: To build up self controlled, kind and balanced life (Combination of body, mind & soul) occupying human being and achieve the ultimate aim of life.
Activities:
- To organize: Seminar, Symposium, Health talk, Demonstration session, Awareness raising campaign on health and fitness
- Health related compaign - Awareness raising campaign on lifestyle related diseases, Communicable and Non-Communicable diseases.
- To arrange regular practice session (Form trained members)
- To arrange regular practice session (Form new members)
