Lab Facilities
Mathematics Laboratory (ML)
There is mathematics laboratory where students can solve mathematical problems on algebra, calculus, geometry, statistics, ordinary and partial differential equations, etc using MATHEMATICA, MAT LAB, FORTRAN Programming and SPSS Statistics Software.
High Computational Research Lab (HCRL)
The HCRL is used by Final year undergraduate and Post-graduate Students to solve problems regarding Fluid Dynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Numerical Analysis, Differential equations and Finite element, etc. In addition, the students are using COMSOL Multiphysics Software and ANSYS Fluent Software/ CFD Simulation. It is mentioned that the thesis in final year is mandatory for all students.
Computer Laboratory for Mathematics (CLM)
This Laboratory is used by Mathematics students to learn the Structural Programming Language (SPL), Data Structure & Database Management System (DBMS). The Laboratory has about 20 latest computers, connected by a LAN. Computers are connected to a host of other peripheral devices such as scanners, printers, digital cameras, etc. Suitable UPS units are provided for backing up electric power supply to all computers and peripheral devices. A multimedia projector is connecting in lab for facilitating demonstrations to the students.
Physics Laboratory (PL)
Physics Laboratory is equipped with LCR meter, Sonometer, Slide Callipers, Vernier Callipere, Screw Gauge, Stop watch, Glass Plate, Convex les, Resistance Box, Galvanometer, DC Power supply, Thermometers, Meter Bridge, Watt meter, Simple pendulum, Kater’s reversible pendulum, Searle’s Apparatus, etc. This Laboratory is being used by both CSE and EEE students.
